Helping People Heal Through Education, Innovation, and Wellness
Author • Educator • Inventor • Wellness Advocate • Former Clinic Owner
For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. My journey as a massage therapist, business owner, author, and person living with Multiple Sclerosis has taught me that healing is not one-size-fits-all.
Today, my mission continues through education, innovative products, wellness advocacy, and empowering massage therapists to become the superheroes their clients need.

Lindy, you had the drive and passion to experiment with your health to allow your body to better respond to your back injury! Brilliant! Food CAN do good or bad and you’re choosing good!
After I was diagnosed with MS last summer, I was determined to do everything I could to preserve and improve my health! I immediately made dramatic changes in my diet and self-care. The FLog Journal is motivating me to stay on track and to get a clearer understanding of how my diet, sleep, exercise, etc. choices are impacting how I feel each day and my ability to live life to the full! Thank you, FLog!
The barcode scanner in MyFitnessPal’s Calorie Counter Diet Tracker app will pull up nutritional information on the foods you scan. (Image credit: Taylor Kubota for Live Science) This app has a lot of features and is therefore much busier than the aforementioned options. The home page is full of blog posts, ads and recommendations for other apps, which users might find overwhelming. Upgrading to premium is pricey ($9.99 per month, $49.99 per year), but removes the ads and allows for even more-detailed food analysis. This tracker has many great, useful and easy-to-use features, but users could become caught up in more intricate tracking than they’d prefer.
